A nominal fee of £10, as allowed under the act, is levied in order to cover our costs of providing you with this information. Upon request, the information will be provided to you by post within 40 days. The request may be made by telephone, fax, e-mail or post. We are obliged to inform you about the data we hold that directly relates to you, where we obtained it, and to whom we may have pass it on.
